올 한 해의 건축·인테리어 동향을 돌아보고, 다가오는 2023년 건축·인테리어 트랜드를 한눈에 볼 수 있는 ‘2022 부산 건축·인테리어 전시회’가 11월 24일부터 27일까지 벡스코에서 개최된다.
부산 건축·인테리어 전시회는 부산과 경남지방을 대표하여 매년 건축 인테리어의 신제품과 트렌드를 선보이고 있다.
이번 전시회에서는 2022년 부산의 마지막 건축 박람회인 만큼 코로나19의 재유행으로 위축된 건축 시장의 활성화를 도모하고 관람객의 만족도를 상승시킬 예정이다.
코로나19가 재유행되면서 ‘언택트(untact)’ 트렌드는 단순 소비를 넘어 부동산 시장에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 집에 머무는 시간이 늘면서 쾌적한 주거환경과 여유로운 삶을 추구하게 되어 전원주택을 찾는 사람들이 늘어나고 있는 것이다.
